Oral presentations
Please note the following instructions for oral presentations.
- Invited presentations will be 25 minutes long (discussion included). Please aim for 22 minutes of presentation to leave 3 minutes for questions and discussions.
- Contributed presentations will be 18 minutes long (discussion included). Please aim for 15 minutes of presentation to leave 3 minutes for questions and discussions.
- The preferred presentation aspect ratio is 16:9.
- There will be a computer available at the conference to display PDF presentations.
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote will also be available. However, note that file format/missing font conflicts may occur.
- Using a personal laptop is also possible (HDMI input). If necessary, we strongly recommend bringing your video adapters.
- To mitigate the chances of technical problems, please ask the help of one of the local organizing committee members to test your computer or presentation at your earliest convenience.
Poster presentations
Please note the following instructions for poster presentations.
- The poster session is on Tuesday, March 7.
- The final program will inform a number tag for the poster, used to identify the board where you should present your work.
- The board has the following space to fit the poster: 135 cm (53 in) in height and 90 cm (35 in) in length.
- This means that an A0 poster in portrait format fits well. Check the picture below.
- Tape/pins to hold your poster will be available.
